Vision Statement

Mindful Growth Counseling helps couples reconnect and rekindle the spark while supporting individuals healing from trauma, all through secure telehealth across Washington State and Oregon. For couples, we use evidence-based, attachment-focused approaches to rebuild trust, improve communication, and revive intimacy with practical tools that fit busy lives. For individuals, our trauma-informed care combines CBT, ACT, and attachment work to reduce symptoms, strengthen emotional regulation, and restore a sense of safety and agency. We provide culturally responsive, accessible virtual therapy and coaching designed to remove barriers to care and promote lasting resilience, clearer communication, and more balanced, fulfilling relationships and lives.
